Refund Policy

Unopened research products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping.

Opened or reconstituted vials are non-refundable due to the sterile nature of the products.

Defective or damaged shipments will be replaced at no cost — contact support@nexcellbiolabs.com within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of return receipt.
